Roman Glass Vestal Necklace

Wear a piece of history. Roman glass is excavated from ancient sites in the Mediterranean. It's original form was most likely a vase or a jug. Over time, Roman glass develops a beautiful texture and patina. These pieces date back from about 100 BCE. The glass pieces on this necklace are wire wrapped together with 14K gold dipped wire and adorned with a handmade hook clasp.
